Remodeling Process Questions
When do I receive pricing?
After the site visit. We assess the space in person, then send a detailed written estimate with the scope explained. We do not quote remodeling work over the phone, because a guess is not a price.
What happens if something changes mid project?
We stop, show you what we found, explain the options and the cost, and put the change in writing before continuing. You will never learn about a change through a final invoice.
How often will I hear from you during the project?
Regularly, and always when something needs your input or a decision. You will know the stage, what is happening next, and who to contact with questions.
What does the final walkthrough involve?
We walk the finished space together and compare it against what we agreed on. Anything that needs correcting gets addressed before we call the project complete.
Do you follow up after the project is finished?
Yes. We check back after completion to confirm you are satisfied with how everything is holding up and to answer any questions that come up once you have lived with the space.
